Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or services. By placing an order or using our online pharmacy, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Norwich is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Norwich and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical criteria. Approval is at the sole discretion of our prescribing pharmacist or clinician.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Assessment

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment via our online consultation questionnaire. A GPhC-registered pharmacist or qualified prescriber reviews every submission before any prescription is approved or dispensed.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and immediate termination of your account. We may contact your GP with relevant clinical information where patient safety requires it.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medication and quantity specified. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. If your order is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a secure, tracked postal or courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery address is provided. Medications will be sent in discreet, tamper-evident packaging.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, contact us immediately by email or telephone. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK pharmaceutical regulations.

If your consultation is declined for clinical reasons, a full refund will be issued. Refunds for approved and dispatched orders will only be considered where there has been a dispensing error on our part.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services do not replace your GP or NHS healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical advice. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.

Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. You should read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.

8. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of safe and effective pharmacy services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
